Muscle Macros was launched in 2018 as a food homE to provide post-workout meals consisting of balanced and sufficient portions of lean protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats (macronutrients or "macros") to support fitness and weight loss goals, as well as a healthy lifestyle. 

Our business expanded through our meal prep service that follows the bodybuilding tradition of prepping, portioning and packaging meals to be readily available for fulfilling daily counts of macros at a caloric surplus for weight gain & muscle growth or at a caloric deficit for fat loss & muscle maintenance. 

We now operate a meal prep kitchen in Northridge, CA.
